Elder Hyundai Genesis of Macomb is seeking a dynamic service writer to join our team. We are looking for that winning attitude that can help our service department achieve our goals. Must possess excellent customer service skills, listening skills and have that winning friendly demeanor. Experience is a must.
* 3500.00 signing bonus after successful 90-day period.
Daily tasks will include, but is not limited to, preparing complete repair orders with proper documentation for our customers concerns. Great scheduling skills with a strong background in upselling recommended services. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to handle customers that may be disgruntled with service performed. Be able to document, stay compliant and translate technical information to the customers. Process all repair orders daily.
