Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
• Deliver and maintain a high level of friendly customer service at all times
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information as needed
• Provide superior level of service to internal and external customers
• Invoice and fill orders from stock using latest DMS inventory control technology
• Maintain parts inventory for accuracy and correct stock levels
• Learn all aspects of a working automotive dealership parts department
• Follow and complete directives as assigned by management

Requirements:

• No experience necessary, willing to train.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills
• Computer skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
